Shipping policy

At Rappiel, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. This policy explains where we ship, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and what to expect after you place an order.


Shipping Regions

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) and Washington, DC only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • American Samoa
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico
  • United States Virgin Islands
  • United States Minor Outlying Islands
  • Baker Island
  • Howland Island
  • Jarvis Island
  • Johnston Atoll
  • Kingman Reef
  • Midway Atoll
  • Navassa Island
  • Palmyra Atoll
  • Wake Island

Orders may be fulfilled through approved fulfillment partners depending on product availability, warehouse location, and shipping route.


Shipping Rates

All shipping charges are shown in US Dollars (USD) at checkout.

Standard US Shipping

  • $4.95 for orders under $75
  • Free shipping for orders of $75 or more

What’s included:

  • Tracking provided by email once your order ships
  • Delivery by trusted carriers
  • No surprise shipping fees after checkout

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before being handed to the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary by product, fulfillment location, carrier conditions, and shipping address.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after processing unless a different delivery estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost.

This can happen when:

  • Items are stored in different fulfillment locations
  • One item is ready to ship sooner than another

If your order ships separately, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number for each package
  • Separate shipment email updates

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A tracking link
  • Estimated delivery updates when available

Important Shipping Information

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Undeliverable addresses provided at checkout

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility passes to the recipient.

For higher-value orders, we recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.

Carrier Delays

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us, such as:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Package confirmed lost by the carrier

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@rappiel.com.

We’ll do our best to help before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

After an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or others in your household
  2. Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation
  3. Allow 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before final drop-off
  4. Contact info@rappiel.com if it still has not arrived

We’ll help review the situation and assist with next steps.

If your order arrives damaged:

Please email info@rappiel.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your email at Checkout

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable under our Return & Refund Policy.


International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States.
