We currently ship to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or international addresses.

Standard US shipping is $4.95 for orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 7–14 business days. Total estimated delivery is approximately 8–19 business days from the order date, depending on the destination, fulfillment location, and carrier conditions. Tracking is emailed once the order ships.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also track your order through our tracking page using your order details.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rappiel.com. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the product and packaging so our support team can review it.

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, general dissatisfaction without a product defect, or an incorrect size, style, color, or variant selected at checkout.

Please check around your delivery location, ask neighbors or building management, and confirm the shipping address used at checkout. Some carriers may mark a package delivered shortly before final drop-off. If it still has not arrived after 24–48 hours, contact info@rappiel.com and we’ll review the issue with you.
