At Rappiel Tech, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy explains when a return, replacement, or refund may be approved, how to request help, and what to expect during the process.
Return Eligibility
We may approve a return, replacement, or refund in the following cases:
1. Damaged or defective item
Your item arrived damaged, faulty, or not working as intended.
2. Wrong item received
You received the wrong product or there was a major error with your order.
3. Confirmed non-delivery
Your order was not delivered within 45 days of the shipping date.
Returns We Do Not Accept
At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- General dissatisfaction without a product defect
- Incorrect size, style, color, or variant selected at checkout
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages caused by customer address issues
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, installation errors, or normal wear and tear after delivery
This policy helps us keep launch pricing and shipping simple while we continue quality-checking our catalog.
Time to Report an Issue
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and request the required supporting details from our fulfillment partner.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video of the product and packaging.
Issues reported after 7 days may still be reviewed by our support team, but approval is not guaranteed and may depend on product condition, available evidence, and fulfillment partner review.
For non-delivery claims, please contact us if your order has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date.
Condition of Returned Items
If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and inserts when applicable.
Please do not send anything back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If an issue is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the package is confirmed lost under our policy, we may provide a replacement, refund, or return instructions depending on the situation.
In many damaged, defective, or incorrect item cases, a physical return may not be required. If a return is required and the issue was caused by us or our fulfillment partner, we will provide return instructions and explain the next steps before anything is sent back.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request help, email info@rappiel.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, we will let you know whether it has been approved and provide the next steps.
If approved, we will send you:
- The return address
- Return instructions
- Any additional details needed to complete the process
Refund Processing
If your return or refund request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, when a return is required
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund when appropriate and subject to product availability.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, model, or variant, please contact us at info@rappiel.com.
Exchange requests are reviewed based on product availability and eligibility. Approval is not guaranteed.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check around your delivery location
- Ask neighbors, household members, or building management
- Confirm the shipping address used at checkout
- Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark a package delivered shortly before final drop-off
